Crown Ben shared the successful experience of struggling from a boss of a chain store to a Crown in INTEC LW. Owing to the word “persistence” that persists in everything he is able to reach the highest and the most honorable rank today. Persistence is the key to success.

The ceremony reached to a climax with 9 Crowns from Taiwan and Malaysia pieced the plate puzzles together with the vision of INTEC LW and was witnessed by 40 Diamonds who were awarded this time. The most crucial part of the puzzle, marked with the ultimate vision of INTEC LW “Where the dawn rises, there are successful INTEC LW partners”, was completed by President Mr. Hung Te-Li.

“The InTec LW International Recognition Award in 2007” ceremony has been held under the enthusiastic participation of all the InTec LW groups and business partners. For creating a spectacular ceremony, we chose a special occasion which is to hold at the famous Tunghai University in the middle area of Taiwan. Moreover, we cordially invited the world-renowned artistic performance group “Comedians Workshop” to present a ceremonious opening.


In the opening ceremony, Mr. Hung Te-Li announced a good news to all the business partners that InTec LW has been successfully enter the international market, as caters for the ceremony of “Conquer Our Glory” in year 2007. This is the major turning point of InTec LW business.


Since obtaining a legal license to start InTec LW Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in November 2006, the monthly business volume has been grown steadily, while the growth in April is up to 68%, which indicates that our first step towards international market has been settled on track. And all the achievement of InTec LW in Malaysia should attribute to all the business partners and the companies in Taiwan that giving insistent support to create infinite business opportunities in Malaysia. Undeniably, the glory is belongs to all the business partners of InTec LW.


In the meantime, Mr. Hung Te-Li announced the vision of InTec LW in the next five years that the InTec LW business will be spread over Asian countries in three years and expands the business over the America areas in the fourth to fifth year. Mr. Hung Te-Li sincerely anticipated that all the business partners of InTec LW should grasp the opportunities during these five crucial years.



A total of fifty Diamonds and two Crowns honorably awarded in the InTec LW international recognition award ceremony in this year. And there is interesting to mention that the five Diamonds that awarded at this recognition ceremony in this year are from the business partners in Malaysia. Thus and so, when they were all awarded on the stage, the thunderous applause and cheers arose from the audience. Besides we also had two special prizes which included “A+ Excellent Leadership Prize” that were respectively awarded to Diamond Huang Zheng-Rui & Zhuo Xiu-Lan & her husband and “Benevolence Prize” that were awarded to Crown Liu Jin-Qian and another 3 Crowns.


In addition, the ceremony reached another climax is when the skin-care products- OCEAN LIGHT-Eureka launched by Madam Liu Juan-Yu who is the Manager of the department of cosmetology new founded in InTec LW. Mdm. Liu Juan-Yu made a pleasing and interesting speech that rouse the exclamation of joy from the audience. Finally, when Mr. Hung Te-Li congratulated that we had a successful ceremony in year 2007 and look forward to meet the advent of the 2008 international recognition award ceremony with all the Crowns and 1200 participants, the ceremony ended up in the chorus of commendation.

All distributors with their family came from everywhere for participating the ceremony in CKC, Taichung at 3pm on March 25th. All the participants could see the elaborate ornamentation and modern equipment in the conference, which not only showed the event that brought everyone back to the magnificent ceremony in 2005 but also introduced the administrative team and executives of our branches. Furthermore, every participant could see the speeches of Diamonds and Crowns who shared their experiences and encouraged all the business partners via a big screen. The ceremony hosted by Manager Lai Xiong-Hui from Taipei branch and Manager Peng Xiu-Ling from Taichung Brach, both of them cooperated well and cheered up all the participants to bring the conference in a cordial atmosphere.


The famous Luan Guang Dragon & Lion Dance War Drum Corps at the middle area in Taiwan presented the good luck and fortune lions to open the ceremony. After the traditional performance, the superior Crowns led all new Diamonds and Crowns to the Walk of Fame for receiving the cheer of blessing from the crowds. This was as the most wonderful and successful celebration in one’s life. And when came to the appearance of Chairman, Mr. Hung Te-Li, it followed by cordial cheers and applause from all the distributors. In the ceremony, Mr. Hung Te-Li made a speech of sharing his concept of “Making the InTec LW business to be the supreme direct sales company brand in the Asia world” and implementing the 6 orientations of the company which included operation, products, bonus system, educational training, customer service, and corporate culture.

The Intec LW International Recognition Awards 2005 held at the World Trade Center in Taichung on March 20th to recognize and reward for distributors who achieved glorious and honorable results. The spectacular ceremony appealed to nearly 2,000 business partners from all over the country, and it was hosted by Manager Lai Xiong-Hui from the Taipei Branch and Diamond Huang Wen-Lin, one of the business partners in northern area. We ceremoniously invited the renowned “Ming Jian Battle Drum Group” to perform the opening part and to perk up a feverish ambiance. And we elaborately prepared invaluable roadsters for sending the Diamonds and Crowns to the Walk of Fame to welcome the appearance of InTec LW Chairman, Mr. Hung Te-Li.


During the speech of the InTec LW chairman, he set forth that all Intec LW business partners should make good use of the corporate core values- professional medical treatments, scientific validation marketing, and new concepts of health care to spread the altruistic careers that bring people to live in a healthy life. Moreover, InTec LW cooperates with professional research & development groups that devote to research and develop the skin care products via the state-of-the-art technology. Ms. Cheng Li-Juan, the former coordinator of Unilever Taiwan Ltd. shared her mentality experience of development with the audience later. Besides, we proclaimed OLE, which developed by Dr. Wang Kai-Hua would also be introduced.


The ceremony awarded the new Crown members, who included Yan Zhi-Zong & his wife, Zhuang Xiu-Quan & his wife, Quo Qiu-Lian and Huang Ru-Hui and 60 new Diamond members. Although they shared different impressing experience towards success, but they still holding the same concept of success, which is persistence and being braver through frustrations for achieving their life goals. The most exciting moment is when Diamond Shi Lan-Fang was awarded 700 thousand dollars for reaping the laurel in the “the Madias Touch” competition of the Diamond Family and honorably shared with Diamond Xie Ding-Sheng, who played as a pivot in helping her in the competition.


Then when the host invited the business partner who is Malaysian-born and immigrated to Singapore to share his story, this indicated that the business of Intec LW was expanded the approach towards globalization so every business partner should speed up the pace of business.
