All the participants were anticipative for the second activity – the 1st InTec LW International Recognition Awards. Every elite Crown woke up early and dressed up themselves to usher in the spectacular ceremony. Each of them was the most shining star, Super Star! Since 2005, InTec LW has been worked hard on expanding its business in the Malaysian market, which is the first step towards globalization, as meet the ceremony’s theme - “Taking Us Forward”. Now InTec LW has created numerous product testimonies and successful business partners. There are 35 Diamond members and 1 Crown member were awarded during InTec LW International Recognition Awards this year for their successful results and celebrating the striking business volume in Malaysia within a short period of 2 years. So we all should spread the glory to conquer the world.

With the meticulous arrangements, every elite leader in these six days five nights Pangkor Laut Resort, Malaysia Trip 2008 was carved deeply in their mind. Setting a goal is a driving force for all actions to be taken. Moreover, it is the main key of success. The luxury trip is one of the rewards for their painstaking efforts. May was an important month that all InTec LW business partners look forward to because we were going to visit Pu-Rui-Kang Bio-Technology Factory in China. All the participants felt very happy as they were just in Director Rank last year and became a Diamond now. When we arrived at Nikko Hotel Dalian, there was a welcoming banner hung at the front door of the 5-star hotel greeting our honorable coming at Pu-Rui-Kang Bio-Technology Factory in Dalian.


We visit Pu-Rui-Kong Bio-Technology Factory under the leading of Chairman Mr. Hung Te-Li and General Manager Mr. Huang Ching-Ying. During this visit we can know more about the main ingredient in SNOTUS – Snow Lotus, we can also see how snow lotus being cultured during this visit. We have been told that this is the only legal snow lotus manufacture factory in the world. We gained a lot of knowledge that we cannot get from reading materials during this trip. We had our happy hour and enjoyed a lot of delicious food in this developed city – Dalian. Every scenic spot plus the amazing snow lotus really make great impression on us, thus it occurs to us that we will be coming to expand our business in this big market.

During the journey, we shared our glory and opinions relating to how to operate our business and how to expand it in China in the future. Even at night, we invited Mr. Huang to share with us. All the participants said that we will bring more partners to visit here again next year.


After visiting the biotechnology snow lotus manufacturing factory in China and seeing the process of snow lotus cultivation, we are not only impressed and encouraged but also have eager anticipation for creating the international markets and business opportunities in the future.

It had been looking forward to the Malaysia Visit Tour 2006. April 14th, more than 50 participants, led by Head of Education Department Mr. Sun Yi-Jun and Manager of Kaohsiung Branch Mr. Lin Cheng-Jun, set out for the realm of direct selling- Malaysia.

　
When arriving at the Kuala Lumpur international airport, we started our journey to understand the multi-ethnic country, Malaysia. During these 5 days and 4 nights visit tour, we found that the authorities were full of foresight aiming for environment enhancement of cities, seen bristling with green plants and mansions. Besides, there are a lot of high buildings all over the city. After visiting ROYAL PALACE, NATIONAL MOSQUE, INDEPENDENCE SQUARE, and PARLIAMENT HOUSE, we spent 3 days at the popular tourist attraction-PANGKOR ISLAND, where mother earth provided her natural energy and magnet for every participant relaxing his or her body and soul so that they could clearly reorganize their threads and discussed how to expand the business in Malaysia via the belonging of the team.


Operating a direct sale business is the access to one’s phenomenal life. It not only brings people optimal health and wealth but also broadens their views over the world. As for the Malaysia Visit Tour 2006, there were about 40 Diamonds and Directors along with 6 Crowds and 3 couples of Crowds to take part in this honorable tour. The important itinerary was visiting InTec LW Malaysia branch at PGRM. When we arrived, Assistant President Mr. Cui Wen-Zhi and Manager Mr. Liu Bing-Chu prepared a clear presentation relating to that InTec LW embarked on investing handsome funds in the overseas branch and arouse all the participants’ eager anticipation for the business opportunities it brings. All the participants and leaders invited more than 100 new partners to join the tea party. During 1 hour of interaction and understanding, every participant got long with each other very well and also established an affectionate relationship.


Moreover, we invited Crowd Zhong Yu-Qing, Crowd Lin Li-Juan, Crowd Lin Zhi-He and Crowd Huang Shi-Rui from Taiwan to share their unforgettable and interesting experience with new partners from Malaysia.


During each scenic spot and meal in these 5 days, all the participants seized every chance to share the excellent operation model of InTec LW with partners and friends around them and prepared for expanding the international markets in the future.


The enthusiasm of new partners in Malaysia, the well-rounded law & regulations on direct selling by the authorities as well as the sophisticated operation model of InTec LW and propel its business towards international markets these make all InTec LW business partners show much enthusiasm about expanding their business in the future. All the participants were reluctant to end up this tour in the afternoon on August 17th, and they made a pact that they would be coming and expanding the international markets in Malaysia as soon as they can.

Challenge is the beginning of our dreams, with the goals to expand more opportunities, method is a shortcut of operation, and the business is the outcome of success.

During each scenic spot, leaders have been thinking and pondering deeply about the future more than making a wonderful memory. After many years of practice and preparation, InTec LW is going to achieve the vision of globalization. However, whether the vision can be realized or whether the opportunity can we grasp, it all depends on whether we have well prepared ourselves towards globalization or not.

A lot of elite leaders, respectively set off from C.K.S. International Airport and Kaohsiung International Airport, trooped together in Macao and then started on the Xiamen Trip (Glory of China) in the beautiful morning of December 8th, 2004.

In this four-day trip we had visited many attractions such as the Quanzhou Maritime Museum (the only maritime museum in China), you will find the conspicuous shipwreck excavated in the late of Southern Sung Dynasty from two meters deep sea. When visiting the cliff of Lao Jun, you can see a magnificent statue of Taishang Lao Jun, which is a portrayal of Taoist’s purity and simplicity. And the Kaiyuan Temple includes the magnificent “Daxiong” main hall. In the Temple, there are 86 stone beams, which can be ranked as a unique in the world. After visiting the Jimeixue Village and Tan Kah Kee’s former residence, we were heading to the South Putuo Temple, which located in the southeast of Putuo Mountain as one of the 4 major Buddhist famous sacred mountains in China and its construction are left over from the Qing Dynasty. As standing on the Huli Hill Fort, it is the best location to overlook the view of Lesser Quemoy. And then we took a ferry to Gulang Island, accredited as garden on the sea. Lastly, we visited the Shu Zhuang Garden, a private villa of local gentry, as it surrounded with the sea, so it also named as “Pearl on Ocean”.
　
Every leader can explore the beauty of China during this four-day trip, but the most important is to visit “InTec Products, INC” in Xiamen, and this is also the most important gateway for all the business partners expanding their business in China. On December 9th, we arrived the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China at 2:30 pm, where its functions are similar to the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan which in charge of all types of enterprises registration (including the foreign-invested enterprises), supervisions of direct selling business, etc. So, we as a direct selling distributor should pay a visit here. Before end of this trip, we were heading to InTec Products, INC., which is a U.S holding company of the InTec Holdings Limited, founded in Xiamen biological innovation enterprises. At the front gate, you will see an enormous production dimension (30,000 m2) of InTec manufacturing factory.

Once reached InTec Products, INC., we were most welcomed and all main departments’ supervisors were welcoming us with open hands. And the following presentation clearly stated the mission, vision, objectives, business strategies and specific investment of InTec LW; we just figured out that the blueprint for the future has already started planning and is going to be implementing step by step. After an initial understanding of InTec Product, INC., the next step is to visit the field of biotechnological production. At this field, we found that there are exclusive skills of research and development to ensure the quality of products. Along the way, the narrator said that the whole biotechnological factory has honorably acknowledged as AAA class enterprise in “Enterprise Credit Rating” for five consecutive years. Moreover, we have also been received the ISO and GMP certificates. Now we are putting effort to implement the ERP and CRM systems for achieving more efficient resource planning and marketing management. After visiting the factory, all leaders enjoyed their dinner at Yuehua Hotel with InTec LW supervisors and government leaders. After dinner, everybody was interacting and inspiring each other in the hall.
　
During the Xiamen Trip, our partners not only visited the local tourist attractions and the manufacturing factory but also stirred up a lot of confidence and momentum towards success. Besides, we hope that every business partner continuous spread and pass down the momentum and the spirit of InTec LW over the organization, just as like the fire keeps burning.
